Sunbury – In a brief meeting Tuesday afternoon, the Northumberland County Commissioner paid 1% annual interest to the Northumberland / Montur Joint Airport Authority for a roofing project at a waterfront airport a few years ago. Approved a five-year loan extension of $ 7,750.
Accrued interest will be paid on July 1 of each year, provided the airport authority realizes a promissory note in favor of Northumberland County, and the full amount of the loan and accrued interest will be paid on July 1, 2026. Interest on the five-year extension of the loan has been paid in full.
