Wheeling, West Virginia – Ohio Midland Newsgroup 885,000 to buy Country “Biggie 100.5” WBGI-FM, Classic Rock “Rocky 96.5” WRQY, Classic Hit “Kool 105.5” WUKL, Classic Country “Willy 1290” WLIE from Forever Media Signed a dollar contract.
